Shipping Policy

I deliver to all London postcodes and within 15 miles of the M25. As I am a small business I do not deliver fresh products to anywhere outside of this. 

However, all items in the 'Gifts' Section and the 'Dried Flowers' Section are able to be posted throughout the UK.

Please make sure you leave a note on your order, with your designated 'safe place' for deliveries if you are not home.

All Fresh Flower products will be lovingly made on the same day of delivery.

Fresh Flowers, Plants and Large Dried Flowers via London Courier will usually be delivered within 2-4 days of placing the order and between 1-5pm (Time slots are approximate due to traffic/road works etc.). This does not include weekends. For early morning, evening, or weekend deliveries, an additional charge is required as shown above. Please click here to add additional delivery services to your order.

Gift items and Small Dried Flowers posted via 2nd class signed for, will take around 2-5 business days.

If your order is needed on a particular day, please contact me before placing your order to arrange.

If you are situated locally (NW2, NW6, W9) I will deliver by hand. Local Delivery will usually be 1-3 days. This includes weekends and you may also choose a preferred time slot with no additional charge. You will receive a text message when your order is roughly an hour away.


Once your order has been handed over to you or left in your designated safe place, you will be responsible for it.

Collections
There are 2 options for London Local Collection:

1) Collect from Cambridge Gardens NW6
(20 seconds walk from Kilburn Park Station)
2) Collect from Queen's Park NW6
(5 minutes walk from Queen's Park Station)

After placing an order, please message me on 07928089737 to arrange a collection.
Orders via collection will usually be available to pick up within 1-3 days.  All collections are free of charge.

Return & Exchange Policy

Currently I am unable to provide returns or refunds once you have purchased a Fresh Flower Product or Plant.
This is simply due to the fact that I am a super small, one girl business and I obtain my flowers to order. This means I secure all the different blooms from my suppliers only once you have placed your order. I do not store flowers on hand, waiting around with the potential to go stale.
-Why do you do it this way? 
It ensures the freshest possible flowers and also ensures no wastage. 

If you change your mind once I have already secured your floral beauties, it means they end up going to waste and I make a bad loss (it’s a bigger deal than you might think, for very small businesses!). This is why I cannot offer refunds, however, if you change your mind and it's within 24 hours of placing the order, please send me an email or text message and I will cancel the order and refund you in full immediately.

My orders for Fresh Flowers and Plants are for London Deliveries only, plus some areas by the M25; within 15 miles. 


Returns & Refunds on Dried Floral products and Gifts
I am always more than happy to accept returns on these goods, so long as they are brand new/unopened and in resaleable condition. I never want anybody to be unhappy with what I make; the whole point of my little business is to make people happy with my flowers! So please message me.
I will be able to refund the full cost of the item, but I will not be able to refund postage or pay for return post. I make zero profit from the postage fees. If you have simply changed your mind, that's okay too. I accept returns of up to 14 days from purchase.
